As the first in its 2017/2018 lecture series, the KinderUni (Kids' University) of the Museumslöwen e.V. Gotha hosted Director Johannes Krause to present at the Gotha Public Library on, “Why is there a little Neanderthal in each of us?”

The lecture included explanations of the evolution of our species, our history of interactions with Neanderthals, and how we can uncover this information by studying ancient DNA.
